Is Israel planning to launch a nuclear attack on Pakistan?

 

Americans are building nuclear fallout shelters inside the compound of US embassy in Islamabad. They have plans to make similar shelters in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar.

Will this nuclear attack be through Israel, India, a direct attack from US or a nuclear device has already been assembled in Pakistan for a future detonation?

This is an alarming situation.
